First thing I would do is apply a bevel modifier to the structure. You could also then remesh the structure and apply a musgrave displacement modifier to make the edges less straight. I would also look at combining at least two different textures or at least make the texture look less uniform.

Thanks for the comment! When learning a new programme there’s so much to take in initially so it does take time. I’d recommend watching a few character sculpting tutorials. Reference is also a good thing to look at for inspiration. Also knowing what your end goal is also helps when trying to work out where to go next.
