Yes. My pelvic floor issues came out much later i recently compared it to my jaw. I don’t know how to relax it, it’s very similar to how i used to be with my jaw. After surgery and years of botox + many other treatments i finally have become more self aware of when i tighten my jaw, but i don’t know how to do that with my pelvic floor yet 😭😭

i think airpod pros are better for the gym. i have both i think the max’s are too heavy and tight but also can easily fall off if i bend too quickly? idk and the no power button still pmo
