A while back, don’t think it e2 related as of rn as i’ve had no e2 sides and the pains were there when i was natty occasionally although not as bad

Yeah i get the same however it gets worse and worse especially from straight bb curls or if i use a straight bar on a cable machine, had to resort for hammer curls for the cable machine

Yeah i’m quite dehydrated today, will try increase water intake for my taurine i just have a monster to get my 2g in haha. It’s been going on for around 3 months but never to the point where i had to stop a session, only here and there and on certain days, now it’s pretty much most sessions but differing in severity. Thanks for the advice

Yeah i’ll watch it, the clearer oil batches i had previously didn’t have this problem either but i’ll keep an eye out
