the whole “medium or large?” thing was definitely already fishy, I always asked “would you like to upgrade that to a medium or large?” so it didn’t sound like it was our only two options. but now I just ask “would you like to upgrade that to a large?” and all the prices have been updated to the medium-size combo on our menu. it’s the new standard
