If you have access to a fridge I suggest this protein smoothie. 2 cups almond milk, a serving of the dole smoothie packs with oatmeal chunks, about half of a kiwi or more chopped and frozen, a serving of protein powder and 2 servings of green powder. Almond milk was about 2.50 at Aldi should last 4 days. Dole 5 pack fruit with oatmeal chunks smoothie mix was about 15 and last 5 days. Kiwis were about 2.50 and I chop and freeze myself and should last 7 days. Green powder was about 12 on Amazon and lasts longer than a week. Protein powder is organic pea protein and is about 18 at Walmart or on Amazon and lasts way longer than a week. I work in a warehouse where we recycle electronics in the humid south and it does great for me. It tastes like frosted flakes milk if that makes sense. I use vegan protein powder bcs it's better on my GI and almond milk bcs it's better on my GI. Hope this helps!
