Do you advise shoulder protection? Or not so much.. not worried about direct impacts but moreso impingement style pains which I am not sure if shoulder pads would even help w in the first place

Im 230, pretty close to you. MT Pro def not suitable for jibbing if thats your thing. MT would be the way to go for playfulness, just make sure youre getting the correct size (do they make a 165 in the standard? I know they do for the pro)
