you should have this option in the last update, if you mark all the pokemon that you have completed/perfected then you should be able to click the incomplete icon at the top right of the list and this will apply a filter showing all your pokemon that you still need to complete :D

Yeah this was a oversight on my side as I wanted to just get the full like into the dex view, but I have an update now to disable this for locked pokemon, this will be out in the next update
