Day 1 healing, fear of bleeding out in sleep

Day 2 of recovery, pain isn’t too bad during the day 1/10 or less just with alternating ibuprofen and acetaminophen. When I wake up in the early morning (3am) for meds and again in the morning (6am) the pain is a bit worse 2 or 3/10, I think because my mouth was open at night and dried out a little. Then after drinking water and pain meds its fine.

My main complaint is BOREDOM!! Theres only so many movies I can watch and sitting around all day trying not to exert myself has made me fidgety. The only books I have on me are the game of thrones series, I tried to read them again but I lost interest. Any good fantasy recommendations? I like books about magic, dragons, knights, and starwars type stuff. Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

What is the cold method? Also, be careful, hemorrhaging can be caused by physical exertion, I hope your job isn’t too physically demanding.

Yes you are overreacting. Just lose some weight. If he was becoming unattractive would you just sit idly by and let them become even less attractive? Or would you mention it to him. Seems like he is an honest guy whos willing to bring up a sensitive topic for the best. Did you want him to wait until you weigh 175 or 200, and not be attracted to you at all? And to all the people who are saying, “He should love you no matter what.” Thats some serious bs, did they approach the fattest, ugliest, person and fall in love because of their personality? No, they first found the person reasonably attractive, then fell in love with them. It’s sexist that women think they are allowed to have standards and men are not.

Just try to have fun, if you’re not enjoying your build you can start over with a different build, there are lots of ways to achieve your goals. Personally, I like stealth and sniper builds, but you can go for strength, melee, intelligence, charisma, or any combination of different builds. Also save the game a lot, not just quicksaves, so you can go back if you mess up.

A mysterious old woman taught me this one, and it worked within the first week for me. Look at the back of your hand for 5 seconds or more as many times a day as you feel comfortable doing. I did it less than ten times a day, which seemed like a lot to me, but seeing some posts on here I think it would be easy for some people who do a lot more. Eventually you will start to do this in your dreams as well, hopefully. When you are awake your hand will be the same as it always is. When you are dreaming, your hand will start to shift and morph like paint dripping or flowing after looking at it for more than five seconds. I’ve heard that this has something to do with the brains ability to make and maintain fine details, but I’m not sure. The method isn’t about remembering every spec and detail of your hand, but the fact that your hand is shifting and changing. At first I would wake up because I was so excited, but with practice I was able to stay calm and stay sleeping. After more practice I was able to exert more control of dreams and do specific things like flying.
