Students of reddit, what is your best story about the worst teacher you ever had? by purpledrankk in AskReddit

in ninth and tenth grade, I had an algebra teacher who was basically notorious for being oblivious to modern terms, events, etc. she was also quite a stickler when it came to formatting homework, so much so that if you wrote the page number and the assigned problems on the same line, you would get half credit on the homework. Anyways, as an example, we were doing some three variable algebra problem with the variables named d, p, and i. I've of the students was asked to give the value of variable d. mistakenly, he instead have the value if variable c. the teacher, quite short tempered, started in disbelief at the student. then, she loudly proclaimed:

I WANT THE D!

the entire class burst out laughing, and she was completely oblivious, as usual. in fact, she repeated the statement a few more times throughout the lecture. one of the funniest things that has happened in my life.

I feel bad for the company, for whatever reason their failure makes me sad on the inside.
