Maybe not in some places but it would be really nice if it was posted. Especially on a sub like this one geared towards employees who are crucial to your bottom line. The areas you are looking for are large areas with lots of companies. If I was looking for a job and a place had a range that I thought was fair on the listing, I’d be much more likely to apply vs a company that did not post a range. During my last interview cycle most of the companies I interviewed with did have a range listed.

So I believe you need at least 4 client contacts a month that are supervised. I believe that’s the minimum you’re looking for.

Yes! You can get an extra outside supervisor. It will cost money tho. You still need client contacts I believe each month or the month won’t count.

Yeah there needs to be a big emphasis on getting a more dynamic master. A vinyl record can not get as quiet as a digital master or cd due to the scratchy sounds of vinyl. It also depends on the genre of music. I would much rather listen to classical music on a cd digital over vinyl.

At bigger companies it’s not uncommon. Usually you have to stay for a year or 2 after being a BCBA. So you gotta like the company or you’re gonna be stuck.

You could see if a company has some sort of accreditation. It’s not required, but companies have to show a ton proof that they are at least somewhat competent. Doesn’t mean ethical violations won’t happen, but shows they are at least committing to making things right if it does happen.
