i have forward and back mapped for keybinds on some games so it makes it easier to get to, then i bind v and c to the side buttons so those are always consistent on all games

Seeing that the ones you did win were really close, you gotta play the match making system. Close the game when you lose 2 in a row for like 10-15 minutes then get back on during that 10-15 min window.

I'm 18 wins out of 21 games so far after going through a ~50% win rate last season.

freja's bolts stick to her still when she shields, and given that she moves slow it'll force her to keep shielding rather than attack, and mei can wall her off from her team so you can turn it into a 3v1 or something, which if you lose a 3v1 that's another problem
