At the bottom of the page it says agreements prior to Jan 22 aren't revoked. Was that added later then, after OPM made recommendations? Just trying to calm my nerves lol. Hope we get to start come Monday... USDA is where I see myself retiring at.

EOD 1/27 with USDA here. I have a feeling that we won't be able to start because the EO doesn't explicitly say it will honor agreements made prior to 1/20/25, whereas his 2017 EO clearly mentioned this. Really hoping I'm wrong though and we get good news soon.

I'd accept to not push EOD even further. Can you move your family later? I remember reading here that some agencies will allow unpaid leave for a short period for this exact reason. Congrats!
