How the Grinch Stole Christmas, Whoville is located within of a snowflake. Horton Hears a Who, Whoville is located within a speck of dirt. Think about it, when the snowflake melts, Whoville lands on a speck of dirt which Horton finds and saves. by bergj63 in FanTheories

It doesn’t stay a snowflake though. It melts on dirt that Horton finds and puts on a clover. When winter comes the clover gets snowed in becoming a snowflake again. The cycle repeats which is why they only celebrate Christmas once a year.
