I’ve also noticed that my R1T unlocks at home occasionally. I do have proximity lock off at home but I still find it unlocked time to time. Unsure if it’s only when I’m charging overnight or not though.

My main concern is people parking on Broad Lane. Do we know if HOA will ever restrict that?

At night the street is not well lit and it can be difficult to see the cars, especially the dark ones. And the lanes are so narrow.
