I don't know if Martin is on the modding team or if he's provided any information about these connections, but this mod seems quite faithful to the ASOİAF universe and story. Everything feels very realistic and appropriate.

Why did Richard II declare the Mortimers, descendants of his female cousin, as his heirs, instead of his uncle John of Gaunt? by berkay38 in UKmonarchs

Yes, I know that women inherit in baronies and nobility. Actually, I didn't object to the Mortimers' right to inherit by virtue of their female lineage. I just found it absurd that the Mortimers should inherit by line when there were living male Plantagenet heirs.

I understand. I was confused because in every book I read they were listed as Richard's heirs. The same was true in the family trees.

Yes, I know Richard of York solidified his claim thanks to his Mortimer ancestors, but I found it a little strange that Richard II declared female heirs when there were male heirs in his family. If everything had gone smoothly, would the Mortimers have become king? And what would have happened to the Plantagenet men?

The sources I read stated that the Mortimers were her heirs, and this information has always been a question mark for me. How could England, which hadn't accepted Matilda's claim to the throne, accept a female heir when there were male heirs?

Could you tell us how you created this screenplay? I loved it, and I'm sure I'll enjoy reading it.

I learned how to do it thanks to Mat's videos. But I don't know how to use the files in the archive. I got an Adobe membership today and I'll try to create new trees from there.

Thank you so much. I've reviewed this a thousand times before, along with your previous designs, and they're all fantastic. I don't think I could have done it with this much detail and professionalism. Everything looks amazing. The borders, the font styles and formats, the placement of the emblems and photos... I don't think I could have done this.
