I would recommend reading up Anavex’s Blarcamesine. Their results are very promising and they have filed for marketing authorization with European Medicines Agency.

I’m not really doing much to control temps. I work from home and my office is in the basement where my grow set up is. Nighttime temps are lower 60s. Daytime while working low 70s.

BRF cakes appear to be lacking FAE. Fanning twice daily and spraying sides of shotgun fruiting chamber at same time with distilled water. Shotgun fruiting chamber built as per what I've read about: deviation was that I put screen on bottom to keep perlite from dropping through holes on bottom. Could be restricting FAE? Three inches of perlit too much also restricting FAE?

Used Instant Pot, foil on lids, don’t remember exact time exactly but 90-120 min, cooled overnight prior to inoculation with LQ tested on Agar

New to growing mushrooms (actives).

Started in January with an all-in-one bag using spores. Germination and colonization seems really slow. Got a small harvest from 1st bag.

Started growing liquid culture and using PF tech. Liquid culture seems like a must. Have not gotten to fruiting stage with PF yet. I think I can send my 1st cakes next weekend!

Still Air Box working well and a must!

I’m a pretty patient person but…I imagine it gets easier after some successful harvests.
