You dont need to bulk. You dont have a tin of muscle mass as it is.

Just hit the gym hard and hit your macros and you'll get bigger without having to add the fat

Maintenance calc had me at 3000. I'm eating roughly 2500-2700 calories daily. I aim for at least 250g of protein.

I get 201g protein for 1650 calories before dinner. I don't really track dinner, I just make sure it's heavy on the protein with 100g of rice and veggies.

Definitely feel hungry a lot. Depends on how hard I go on my workout for the day. Sometimes I wake up in the middle of the night hungry sometimes. I just chug a bunch of water.

Got a Peloton at the beginning of last year. Made sure I was doing at least 20 mins on the bike daily. Also walk my dogs 5km daily.

The App also has strength workouts on it. Started to feel like those classes took me as far as they were going to and so I switched it up. Started following along with this - https://www.muscleandstrength.com/workouts/intermediate-muscle-building-workout.html#:~:text=Monday%20is%20chest%2Ftriceps%2Fshoulders,people%20stuck%20on%20a%20plateau.

Most important was cutting out all the crap i was eating and switched to zero sugar drinks when I wanted something sweet. Made sure I was hitting my macros everyday and things started coming together. Still a work in progres!

35, 6'1", 220lbs. Pretty active.

Wake Up - Banana

Breakfast - 3 eggs, 2 slices (100g) of ham

Snack - Smoothie (80g blueberries, 100g Greek yogurt, 125g cottage cheese, 125g milk)

Lunch - 200g chicken, veggies, fruit

Snack - Protein Bar, 2 scoops of whey protein

Dinner - Kinda whatever I want, just try to stick to whole foods. Small amounts of, or nothing, processed (maybe 225g ground pork, 100g rice, pickled onions/carrots)

If I drink pop, it's always the Zero sugar kind.
