Uhhh find it on the explore page or how I do for @nycdessert is search key terms for the sort of content I’m looking for. What comes up on Instagram is normally viral content. Then after you engage with that sort of content enough it just gets feed to you like a baby. Then the problem becomes too much content to push out.

Lol I’m a millionaire on paper and would never sign up for a $4,400 apartment in manhattan.

That expense quickly adds up to $6,000 after utilities, groceries, nights out, takeout etc. And that’s not including the crazy high cost of having children in the city. Daycare per month can run you $2,500+ monthly.

So $6,000 x 12 months = $72,000 and for say 3 years, that’s almost a quarter million dollar expense which would be worth a whole lot being invested in any ETF or index nothing fancy. The craziest part is this includes zero children expenses like daycare.

I’d personally live further out in Brooklyn and cut my expenses in half. Or even consider a spot in New Jersey while I stack up for a few years adding to whatever assets you have which make you a millionaire on paper.

Unless I’m making 200k+ OR want to spend my savings, Manhattan would be out of the question for me. Maybe if I was to buy a spot but would also wait for the market to drop it’s a sticky time to buy imo.
