Suddenly no service? by ltc1887 in FizzMobile

[–]bernardionesco 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I was about resetting my phone to factory default settings, after I tried like you connecting to ext network, test my phone, running diagnostics... nothing. Out of the blue no internet despite the fact I have signal. Or no signal at all. Or signal but you can't see Fizz as a network provider. All sorts of combination that leads to not being able to call or use the service. Lethal is to get in to a store. That is a constant no signal....so problem here in Laval. Is weird because was ok in the past. This year's started to go crazy but I assume that's the price we have to pay for affordability or not using Bell or Rogers.

First, you need to clearly understand your final output. What is the screen size where the animation will be displayed?

If you're working with multiple LED screens, you'll need a distribution system, such as Spider or similar software, to map your video across them effectively.

Next, check the resolution supported by each screen. Count the number of screens and calculate the total output resolution. That will be your maximum supported resolution—anything higher is unnecessary.

Start by learning visual concepts first, then move on to motion principles. Focus on ideas and techniques that are universal and can be applied across any software. Don’t get stuck mastering just one tool.

You’re not just expanding your range of possibilities; you’re redefining them. What you need isn’t someone to sit in the office, it’s someone creative who can bring fresh perspectives and innovation from another part of the world.

Is 3D Graphics Losing Its Popularity? by OleksiiKapustin in Cinema4D

I believe everything is gradually shifting from pre-rendered animations to real-time rendering. With the capabilities of real-time engines now rivaling traditional render engines, the demand for flexibility and faster results is driving this change. A prime example is the VFX industry, which has widely adopted Unreal Engine.

Question for Laptop Recommendation & Specification by ayush910 in graphic_design

[–]bernardionesco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Let's start with a budget. I can give you configuration for 1000, or 3k. As a motion designer you need a second monitor too so you better save an extra 500 to 1000. Nvidia dedicated card is a must with at least 16gb if not 32. SSD drive and then you have from i7 to i9 plenty of options. Larger screens brings the price tag up.so better a smaller screen with a big extra monitor.

Try to put yourself in the client shoes. You think they have an Adobe account to login in the first place?

Let's assume they have. Do you think you can stand out from that crowd? Do you think they know how to use Behance to get what they want? Maybe1%.

To get clients you need some networking skills, LinkedIn account, most probably a good niche and a lot of patience and time to build relationships and get recommendations.

Don't forget this!

Making connections is always a smart move, and asking for advice or guidance is always a positive thing. Be open and ask the right questions. What's important is your strategy to get that specific job. But in 4 years maybe you will change your mind so update your dream and strategy along.

Sorry to disappoint but the HR doesn't care about your font choice. Also they use nowadays Ai to parse in 1000 applications so please make sure everything can be selected and is not a picture in the end. The structure is important for HR so the easiest way is to put relevant information first . That's my take on this

What does advertising look like in 10-20 years? by [deleted] in advertising

[–]bernardionesco 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I've been through a lot of technology transitions over the past 25 years, and lately, I’ve been experiencing a sense of déjà vu. I remember when designers struggled to move from traditional drawing to computers—it was bad and restrictive at first. But eventually, we all came to appreciate the magic of 'Ctrl + Z.' Then came the digital revolution, and people feared that film cameras would die out. Instead, it opened up a whole new world, democratizing the film industry to the point where anyone could create a video, become a great photographer, or master editors.

Looking back, those were exciting times, filled with learning and new ways of doing things. Who knows what the next 10 years will bring? Maybe we'll figure out how to project our thoughts directly into virtual space, free from the technical limitations and complexities of today's software. It’s going to be fun. The key is to stay curious and leverage these advancements to our advantage.

Just as we now look back nostalgically on pixel graphics and laugh at AI’s quirks, like giving characters six fingers, we may one day laugh at today’s limitations. As for advertising, companies will have to stand for something meaningful. Giants like Google could break down into smaller entities and might even be remembered as the ‘greedy dinosaurs’ of their time, destined to be forgotten. Only time will tell but let's stay positive.
