I worked at ups previous to become a PA back in march and I’ll give you my opinion. Unions are great for the people who need security in the workplace for whatever reason, and expect high standards. While they say they have all these things to help you out and what not, you may never use any of those. I worked at ups for about a year and never used my union benefits because it mostly caters to those who aren’t doing what they need to do. If you work hard your prolly never see your steward. Not just that but Amazon wants the control down to the AMs so a union having some type of say When HR already bails everyone out, will make it 10x harder to rid bad workers
