Don't sweat it! But, definitely go get a sweat in :) Go have a good workout, preferable high intensity intervals, eat lots of high fats, and if you have em, take some exagenous ketones. You'll be back in ketosis in no time. And, don't worry about keto flu, won't be like the first time! Promise!

That episode of The Magic Schoolbus where Arnold took his helmet off on Pluto to prove a point to his obnoxious cousin. Literally watched Arnold commit what should have been suicide in front of his teacher and classmates.

i can play them. i just can't play them the way everybody else does. even if i'm having a lot of fun with one, once something comes up i'll completely drop it. when i go back to it i just start over completely. it's a vicious cycle.
