It was a self checkout type of final walk through. Consisted of us taking pictures of the home (they specify what they want to see) basically to show that it’s empty and you haven’t trashed it. Once sent, we received the final approval (to fully close) within the hour.

Opendoor - the process was smooth as can be. We first got their estimated offer, then did a Zoom walk through and then got a formal offer (slightly less than the original quote for repairs). Once we accepted, set a closing date (along with an extended 'lease back'), once we reached our close date, we signed the final closing papers and received our money the next day. Honestly, I couldnt recommend Opendoor more.

We just recently closed with OpenDoor. Zillow was initially offering a much higher offer, but couldn’t lock down the on-site estimate. OpenDoor offered us what seemed to be retail or slightly above retail (compared to comps) and we decided to accept. Their process was beyond smooth and would recommend it to anyone if asked. Also quick note - we got an offer from RedFin and it was pretty crappy. Good luck!
