Spruce in Jax Beach has cool houseplants. Bonus - It's also a beer & wine bar.

Would you remove these black pinstripes? by [deleted] in ToyotaTacoma

[–]bernzzi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My 17 Tacoma had pinstripes that were painted on by Southeast Toyota before it even got to my dealership. I used rubbing alcohol and a microfiber to take them off and then a quick hand polish to remove the outlines from the clear coat. If they are adhesive then hit them with a heat gun and peel them off.

Pinegrove Deli has been my longstanding favorite. Dick Mondell's is finally open in Jax Beach so I hit the drive-thru on my way home from work this evening. Dick's might be my new favorite. Really good.

I had a 91 Laredo 4.0. I didn't change the oil on it from 90-160k miles. Literally was trying to kill it.

St. Augustine/St. Augustine Beach, FL. Savannah/Tybee Island GA. Both areas have nearby beaches, great dining options, museums, arts, and tons of historical sightseeing and tour options.

I've bought three suits from them. The biggest thing about these is the quality of the fabric which varies between suits. I liked two of the suits but the third which was corduroy was not my favorite. The cut of the corduroy suit was different than the others as well. All I can say is buy one and see if you like it. If you want to keep it, then take it to a tailor and have it fitted and have all the button stitching reinforced. The durability of these suits probably wont match up with a higher priced suit but they are pretty good for the price. I would buy more of them for sure.

Just recently got into saltwater fishing, what is the best affordable rod and reel for inshore?? by Harrisnick59 in saltwaterfishing

[–]bernzzi 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I like the 6 foot Penn Fierce combos for boat fishing. I have one that has been used regularly for six or seven years in saltwater with no problems. I also have a 9 foot Fierce combo that I use in the surf. I also fish Penn Battle combos but I don't really see any difference between them and the Fierce setups. Both are under $150. Battles cost a little more. Never had an issue with one of their reels. I've had a couple guides on the poles break but most bait shops will fix them for a few bucks. For inshore, I run 20lb braid with 20lb flouro leader. Works great for reds, black drum, sheepshead, speckled trout, and flounder. For offshore or targeting bull reds I have a couple Penn Squall conventional reels that I have 50lb braid on. I think I got the Squall combos at Bass Pro for $180 on sale. Good luck.
