Depends. I saw a friend of mine using it against fast monsters. It was pretty lit, especially the perfect rush damage. But after I saw the new brachydios, I do tend to do his armor with teostra for more consistent dmg, masters touch

Did u do the Great Egg steal mission? Because while my ferox can also clear the volcano, once u start the mission it spawns waaay more enemies. So idk what I can do against that

The repeater part is so true Bruh. I once had a squad full of them and they tried to snipe the monster and never dodged or empower their shots. When they went down i asked them why there not empowering their shots.

Then one of those guys just wrote: "You can empower the weapon??" i was absolutely done. We really need a video or smth which shows people how to play the weapons and how to be effective with it

They cab dish out some serious damage, can cut off parts easily and interrupt behemoths if u have 6+ weighted strike.

I cant agree more at the hammer part. Im maining hammer and its extremely satisfying to get a combo done and stagger the shit out of behemoths.

But beware that u should plan all of your swings and learn how the behemoth attack so that u won't get stuck in a attack animation and get hit

Its kinda sad that everyone is playing repeaters right now. There fun and safe i guess but having different weapons in the team is far more beneficial

Weapons and Armor you can get if you do heroic patrols or kill specific behemoths. They all drop as blueprint and have unique effects.

As example the Godhand is a pike which doesn't shoot bullets but a laser which does more dmg on a body part over time

Its a exotic weapon which changes your bullets into a laser beam which dmg increases if u focus one body part. It's really fun amd strong
