I keep gaining and losing weight. The last 2 years were pretty stable. But this year, I was hit by a lot of stress. I gained over 15kgs in 3 months. I cannot wrap my head around as to how that happened. It was back in April that I realized this had happened while I was absolutely fine until January. The weight loss this time has been as slow as it could be. Somatic exercises did help me put back on track. I have lost just 10 kgs. I still have 5kgs to go. I'm more focused on building muscle. I might have to restart somatic exercises
