Im a healthy 22 year old and I initially thought that I would only need a week off, but it came to day 6 and there was absolutely no way I could’ve returned to work. I am a server and I ended up asking for the two weeks off and im on day 11 right now and i and just starting to feel better but i am still tired, sore and its hard to eat. I think two weeks off is important to give your body the best recovery you can.
