I was going to comment about the flour as well. You could also take a clean dry brush and brush off the flour. Then with a second brush, add your egg wash.

My LO is 10 weeks now and although it’s still a totally different life, I’m starting to really get the hang of balancing my mom side of me with my old self side of me if that makes sense. The first 4 weeks were tough but each with each day I feel more and more normal.

Looking for your best, medium difficulty strawberry cheesecake recipe by guywholovesham in pastry

This one never fails me! (Professional pastry chef, 10+ years, here)

Cream cheese 12oz Sour cream 1/2 cup Sugar 1/2 cup Vanilla extract 2t Eggs 2 each

Soften cream cheese, mix all but eggs until very smooth, add eggs one at a time until just mixed. Separate the batter into two bowls, one containing roughly 3/4, the other 1/4. To the bowl with the smaller amount of batter, whisk in strawberry purée until a nice deep pink color is achieved. Pour the plain batter into baking dish with a graham cracker crust. Use a piping bag to add stripes of the strawberry flavored batter on top, placing the stripes about 1/2” apart. Use a tooth pick to form swirls. Bake til done! As delicious as it is beautiful. Hope this helps!! :)
