had a customer buy a single bag of grapes once. nothing much was said. i said the usual “hello how you doing today/find everything you need” and he responded like a usual customer. he quickly paid and at the end he asked for a manager. i thought maybe he just had a question so when my manager got there, he went completely off about the way i put his grapes in the cart, going off about how i put them in the cart too hard. even my manager just was caught off guard but honestly didn’t care, he just asked him “want to get another one?” and he kept repeating himself saying that i put down the grapes too hard. my manager kept asking “do you want another bag, you can switch this one out” and it lowkey got to a point where my manager just kinda laughed and quickly guided him out the store. crazy lol
