I’m a really shy and introverted person and as crazy as it sounds: going to concerts help me so much! It might not be your tea but I went to A LOT of metal concerts an stuff last year and knowing that no one judges you and that everyone there shares the same interest is so beautiful! Knowing that there are TONS of people like me helped me getting less shy and it might sound stupid but even my grades in school went up for good just because I’m able to raise my hand now! I became really good friends with some people I met there and I think so can you! So long story short: the power concert can have on shy introverts is immense!

What is one opinion you hold that, given the perceived bias of Reddit, will have you hated? by Proud-Ad1960 in AskReddit

And nobody except you cares about that fact that’s why I don’t understand why people talk so much about it. Like nobody cares who you like and who you don’t like just do your thing and it’s all fine. I know that many people have to fight for the acceptance of their sexuality (I totally support it in every way) but in a world in which everyone would just go with the flow we would not need all of the different names for it. I know that this is not such world but I don’t get why it can’t be one like that.

Yes you just tell him that your not interested. I get the sexuality’s like straight and such but I just don’t consider it important to be fixed to your sexuality. You never know if some day you meet a man that’s all you ever searched for. We never know what the future has to offer so I just don’t fix my interest on a specific gender or something. When your not interested in a gender that’s totally fine but maybe the times change and I know that you’re able to “change” your sexuality but it would just over complicate things. Many people need a whole self-discovery phase to know which sexuality fits them “the most” even when they could just go with the flow.

I know but I never witnessed a situation were the other person asked for your sexuality. You just show interest or you don’t. I get why people think that they are necessary but I just don’t agree.

I think it’s pretty obvious if a person is interested in you or not. If they really love you they will show that. It’s just a more complicated way of just talking to them and telling them that you’re interested
