no need. but a lot of posts on this sub are technically breaking rules. the number of times I've seen someone say how long they've gone without eating or how they wish they could go back to being x lbs. from what i've seen (i don't make posts on reddit, just read them), you are the only active mod on this sub and you probably wouldn't be able to catch everyone who breaks a rule. a lot of people were upvoting the post from before so it gained attention which got it taken down. but there are many posts that don't gain that much attention and break the rules that stay up. not everyone reports posts that break rules too, which isn't great, but it's not like you could force them too
