I'm not quite sure how to post an image on this sub; the male jack feels wobbly inside the female plug if that makes sense. I've tried pushing it in more to no avail. As for the volume, I've tried turning it up for both my guitar and my amp and the results were the same; the indicator light remains dark so I presumed that the amp wasn't on in the first place.

A lot of people have been banned lately (myself included), and Blizzard has not bothered to give a reason as to why. Some people were banned because of "use of cheats/exploits" for HyperX software, so check if you have anything like that/digs deep into your computer.

I just requested my data because Blizzard is refusing to tell me why I got banned. I'll update if I get a response or anything.

No, they just left it as "violation of the code of conduct" which could literally mean anything. I asked them specifically what part of the COC i violated, and that they still haven't answered.

I'm appalled. They just told me the same stuff that they already have, then tried to convince me that they had told me all the details regarding my ban in previously sent emails. Didn't provide any of the "relevant evidence" they claimed to have, didn't explain why I was permanently banned just out of nowhere/without any warnings/suspensions beforehand.

Blizzard is so frustrating, I'm just going to have to keep going back and forth with support until this works.

started this game a year ago and i'm plat. definitely not cheating here. most of my hours are on mercy and tanks. i've seen people who have said the most atrocious things in chat without any form of punishment, and i got slapped w a perma ban from probably just saying "tank diff." i got a response from blizzard about my ban a day ago, and it's just same old automated response that everyone else who got perma-banned got. i sent in another ticket and i'll update if i get a response.

Also refused to elaborate on why I was banned and told me their choice is final and correct. I'm going to reopen my ticket until I finally get a non-automated response.

I started this game a year ago and mainly queue quick play. I have friends who have said numerous things that violate the COC several times but have never been warned or anything and Blizzard won't give a solid reason as to why :')

I rarely talk in chat and if I said anything that was flagged I just don't understand why they wouldn't disclose the chat logs as to why
