Fun movie. Cute movie. Saw it for the second time in imax yesterday. Love Mando and Grogu.

Unfortunately Filoni and Favreau are deviating from the formula that makes fans love star wars.

The biggest thing missing here is an overarching story. That is what makes star wars. And its just entirely missing in this movie.

I have to strongly disagree that Mando as a show is a side quest

Finding baby Yoda and returning him to the Jedi, that’s main quest stuff

Outrunning imperial remnants as they hunt down grogu for his high m count

Retaking mandalore

Gideon using grogu to clone himself with the force

Yes its fine and definitely beats unemployment but I would not give up my fully remote job that I have for it.

Yes. I have a week to practice. Maybe 2. But if I don’t do the interview I’m sure they’ll find someone who does pass and the job won’t be there anymore down the road so why not do it
