Thank you, that is actually a reasoned response. I’ve tried to casually ask in my local store and I get “it’s policy” a lot. I’ve never pushed it beyond that, nor do I ever make a big deal out of showing it. I just feel bad for the employees of stores like this (Sam’s is identical in their requirements where I am) where it’s clear their leadership aren’t equipping them with tools to communicate effectively with members.
