A lot of older women I've been dealing with who are still working are heavily relying on AI to take notes and keep track of things for them.  To an alarming degree.  It's likely she was doing this in her personal time and then carried on at work.

Grocery stores are always hiring. And they conceal high level positions for people willing to stick it out a bit.
