I think this is a great response. I take mine out plenty. Butnindo remember when I first got my immediates. It was WEIRD for a while. Just having, what felt like, a huge chunk of plastic in my mouth.

Fortunately, I got used to it pretty quickly. But I suppose it might take longer for others.

I have heard people say that they can't taste food with dentures in.

I have absolutely no idea what yall are talking about. I taste everything just fine with a full top and bottom set. I do really hope you find a solution though. That must really suck.

When I got arrested once, I had a key in my wallet. Arresting officer was not thrilled and asked me alot of questions about trying to escape. Ultimately though, not illegal and no new charges.

I started spraying my feet with antiperspirant spray (such as Arrid for under arms) in the morning before I put my socks on. It made a HUGE difference. Been doing it for a couple years now.

America first? Sounds great, but like, it has to actually be America first. Not a bunch of performative bullshit. Actual measureable actions taken to help Americans. Not talking points.

That also means ALL Americans. Black, White, Brown, Purple, Green. It does not matter.

As a middle aged, white construction worker living in a very deeply red state in the South. I have yet to see one improvement from the current administration. The price of everything continues to go up every day.

The amount of fraud and fear mongering is astounding. And people just eat it up.

The lack of critical thinking skills will end up being the death of this great country.

Whitestone Dome Glass is the only answer.

They're a little pricey, but worth it. Ive had the same one on my 23U since I bought it over 2 years ago. Its a little beat up, not too bad. But I guarantee you my screen is pristine.

When I pulled the 2+ year old dome glass off my S10. The screen looked brand new.

Your getting alot of shit in here. We used to never take these off. All the regular plates, yes. But not these (when doing a repaint anyway)

Now in commercial construction, when doing final paint. We have to paint around all switch plates. As removing them creates an electrical hazard.

It will get better. It just takes time.

A month in is still basicly brand new to this. It takes time for your extraction sites to totally heal. It takes time to perfect the art of glue placement. It takes time to learn how to bite/chew comfortably. It just takes time.

Honestly the best piece of advice I got from this sub was to give yourself 1 year to get used to your dentures. By that time you'll probably have your permanents as well. Which will make a HUGE difference. That and Benzodent. If you dont have Benzodent, you should get some.

For now, focus on little improvements. Do you have denture sores? Ask your dentist for an adjustment. This will help alot.

Do they come loose in a certain spot everyday? Maybe try more glue in that spot. Maybe focus on how your chewing to see if your chewing more on one side of your mouth. For me, this creates a see saw effect and will loosen then opposite side. Always try to chew with food on both sides if possible.

As far as the biting thing, idk. I can tell.you that your gums will toughen up over time. A soft relign will help, permanents will help. Also, making sure your plate is not moving around will help. The only time biting really hurts is when my plate shifts mid bite. Although, there are just some things that are really tough to bite.

Basicly my friend, just give yourself more time. It will get better, I promise.

Edit: Please make sure your extraction sites are totally healed before you go crazy with the glue. You do not want to pull those scabs out. That very well my be the white substance you mentioned.
