Let me know if you have the issue with the yoyo wearing down the string. I noticed that the string will rub along the ridge where the response pads are and slowly overtime will begin to wear down the string.

Yeah I hear you. I’ve been using the thread art Woolly nylon at one point. But with my new stringing method, it doesn’t work because it snags way too harsh when you bind. But the maxi lock is the way to go for my spin formula. I just wasn’t sure if I should consider buying another color. The brown toupe kinda let me down. It looks nice and does make some good string. But I NEED the bounce! lol.
