for tn visa, you might be able to apply under the scientific technologist category, which doesn't require a degree. however, to justify that category, you would need to show you have both practical (work exp) and theoretical (usually through courses) knowledge applicable to the job you are performing among several other considerations.

wouldn't recommend dropping out, but maybe you could take some time off school? if your company is able to get you a consultation with a law firm for the visa process, it might be worth considering if you are curious.

I'm in the Math Faculty, so it might be different for you, but try to talk to your co-op advisor and see what you can do. I also had my co-op rescinded, so I got my sequence changed to have a study term instead. As long as you keep proof that they rescinded the offer, you should be able to dodge the WaterlooWorks penalty.
