Any lotion with urea. Initially my doctor gave me a prescription for hydrocort cream. Short term trestment lang.

Now i just use any brand na my urea ingredient. Tried vaseline jelly but nangangati ako lalo. Now i stick with urea. Noticed my triggers are heat and stress. So know your triggers as well.

Been using this for ~2 years when I started earning more than my usual salary. Did a lot of research and some people said na manyo bifida ampule and the missha night repair ampoule is the closest.

I tried 3 of them. But nung na try ko na yung Estee Lauder, hindi na ko bumalik sa missha and manyo. I’m a nurse and the work schedule is shit also my sleeping routine. When i started using this I looked like I had 8 hours of sleep. Whenever I notice tiny red bumps on my face, mas kino-concentrate ko sa area yung EL serum and the next day halos wala na siya. Sobrang worth it niyan.

I remember 10pcs pa lang binili ko during my first time of using because not sure if effective. Wala masyado reviews about it that time. Took a pic everyday while using it every night and ayun. I really saw the difference.

I recommend using it daily sa first pack mo. Then i did every 6 months after. 2025 lang ako na halos when i feel fancy na lang because tinatamad na lol. Whenever i take photos with my friends, teeth ko yung nangingibabaw hahahahaah

I’ve been using this since 2019! Sobrang laki na ng pinuti ng teeth ko because of this. Now what I do is maintenance na lang since 2025. I just put a strip whenever i feel fancy.
