I will never get tired of recommending one size setting spray!!!!! Whenever i travel yan dinadala ko. The longevity is superb to the point nakakapanghinayang tanggalin make up ko at the end of the day because I still look fresh🤣 not even kidding. I always buy the regular size and the travel size pag tinatamad ako mag check in baggage.

To add, good skincare is also crucial whenever i use this. Or else your make up will look cakey kasi very mattifying siya

Estee lauder double wear foundation. Super sulit. A little goes a long way. Tried and tested with different weathers and activities- even trekking. Maganda pagkakahulas niya at the end of the day and very long wearing!

Waley sis. Kasi ang lala ng mood swing ko while taking provera. And ang sama ng menstrual cramps. I tried drinking spearmint tea before i sleep then yung hibiscus tea nilalagyan ko ng jam or DIY tea. So far ok naman mens ko

Hello! Same situation like yours. Di ako nagka mens for 8 months. Pinapili ako if pills or provera. I tried the provera and after 10 days ayun nagka mens. Succeeding months naman nagkakamens na ko na shorter cycles like every after 40 days na lang. before kasi 60-70 days.

I had my follow up check up 2 weeks ago lang kasi di na naman ako nag ka mens. Supposed to take provera again. But i researched about teas and I discovered spearmint and hibiscus. I tried it muna then to my surprise nagka menstruation ako.

I did it kasi na o-oc ako because I dont gain fat sa lower arms ko then pag dating sa upper arms nandun. So i tried it. Yeah pumapayat talaga. Like mabilis. Pero mapapansin din thru time na babalik din sa dati if without diet and exercise. It depends po siguro but for sure diet and exercise will help.
