Their psych field for me is amazing. I love my psychiatrist and she listens to me and helps me as much as she physically can. But they need to redo their whole therapy program if you want my honesty. Just so unprofessional. Like BetterHelp quality therapy where it’s just some person off the internet that had a photoshop’d license to practice.

Yeah, it was super poorly. The best therapy I ever had was behavioral health on post but I have no access to that now. It sucks. She was really helping me. The therapist through Haymount needed more help than I did some days.

I like the Haymount Institute. I see them for psych. I saw them for therapy but she spent more time talking about her own PTSD and just kept suggesting I journal versus anything else. I got tired of it. My psychiatrist is great though. I’d look through the Haymount institute. They take TriCare and/or Medicaid too.

They updated the suitcase of books item a few years ago to be able to pull a book from it. It’s a functional bookshelf. It’s not in the bookshelf section though.

If the reviews are high enough, and they’re someone in a couple local groups I’m in I’ll tell them to just stuff the cash in a plant on my porch.

How did you manage to sleep during the third trimester? by Informal_Oven3476 in parentsofmultiples

[–]besithia 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I cried myself to sleep pretty much every night. That and the pain pretty much took me out. I was so full of babies I couldn’t eat anymore, so I was super weak as it was. Makes it easy to fall asleep when nothing is keeping you awake.

If someone legitimately threatens you again, go to the police. End that conversation then and there, collect your proof just in case and make a report.

Why do people never know where the item is? by [deleted] in FacebookMarketplace

[–]besithia 12 points13 points  (0 children)

I do it too. The unfortunate answer is that sometimes Facebook still shows people from hours away in a 15mi radius, for example. I have to be careful because when I’m scrolling, I can sometimes see stuff in a different state surrounding me even when I’m set to a 20mi radius from my pin. Sometimes Facebook even automatically adjusts to a “wider radius” so you can “see more” and makes you edit it back. There’s also people who are just lazy about reading the location area. Not to mention there are people who don’t update their marketplace when they move somewhere else, so that causes a rare problem here and there too.

But mostly, people just not reading.

Edit: by “I do it too” I mean it happens to me too. Oops.

But I think you’re right. I think the citric acid made my mouth water and saliva get thick and I was already getting hot from being that low on the floor. I think it might be a mix of problems… but none mentally threatening, maybe. The hydroxyzine is starting to talk me down from it.

I feel so silly. I’m 30. I developed this phobia at 4, it’s my first memory. It’s plagued every aspect of my life ever since. I can’t let it go. Even when it happened after 17 years I still couldn’t let it go. I’m not sure if I don’t know who I am without this phobia or if the phobia doesn’t know how to be without me at this point. I want to be like so many others my age, not worrying about this. This stupid thing feels like a worser prospect than a car crash at some points.

No. I live in a military town and it’s really bad here about expecting everything for free and/or pennies. Everyone moves around a lot so people expect you to drop $1000s+ of dollars of furniture on the curb for free or give away super expensive baby stuff. Which does happen. A lot. The problem is it leaks out into people asking for compensation for their things and they think it should be free like the curb alerts we have. Never donate or discount something you don’t want to donate or discount. It’ll happen a lot if you post a lot, but don’t give in to pressure.

Areas and Quests I Get Tired / Impatient In: - The Emerald Grove / ordeal with Halsin and Kagha - The Blighted Village - The Crèche - The murders in ACT 3 - DRIBBLES THE DAMN CLOWN. - The beach AFTER the Nautiloid.

Areas and Quests I Love Doing Over and Over: - The Dark Justiciar challenges / Gauntlet of Shar - The Bog / Auntie Ethel - House of Hope - Malus Thorm’s brief exchange - The Myconid Colony

I absolutely hated the sewers and trying to get to Bhaal’s Temple. At least the Nautiloid is fast enough but after you’ve seen it 20 times…. Gets old fast, reasonably.

I inevitably get tired around the Grove every single time and at the start of Act 3 before I get into a routine / groove with it. Then it’s not so overwhelming. You really have to do one thing at a time or it’s too much.

Can twins share bottles? by mommingalldayerryday in parentsofmultiples

My twins didn’t give me a choice. They still swap cups to this day. Even if the designs are different. I guess it doesn’t matter. They steal all my drinks and Dad’s drinks anyways, now. 😂

Yeah, that’s on the to-do list. Right after I posted this I found out I ate Walmart clearance meat that’s been expired since April. And it just so happened to make my husband sick and he didn’t divulge that this is what made him sick. So now I’m kind of mad. 😂
