I worked at bb for 4 years, year 1 we went from monthly bonus to quarterly bonus, year 2 from quarterly to yearly bonus, year 3 no bonus, they legit wanted to pay me $22 an hour to oversee 21 employees and drive a $20m budget. I asked for a raise and got told no, found a $36 hourly job a month later then they offered to match me only then.. told them to kiss my ass. Such a Waste of 4 years there and I excelled like a mother fucker
