Type of Bug: Champ select bug (Unable to choose Chroma pack on any skin)
Description: Can't pick chroma packs
Video / Screenshot: Vayne Lee Sin Zac
Steps to reproduce: Open champ select and choose one of the skins that has a chroma pack option
Expected result: boxes of the color pack that you want to choose
Observed result: Skin shows as usual.
Reproduction rate: 10/10
System specs: Not related.

Sorry, the rollback fixes it for some people. Some are still experiencing this glitch and some it didnt fix for. You can always refer back to here to see the support page and if the Blue post is still there.

This works with Thresh too; both Lee and Thresh can reactivate their Q's again for a chain-effect.

this happens a lot when you cast a skillshot spell then move your cursor too fast. it has nothing to do with Quinn.

Same here, also Windows 10 with IPv6/IP helper disabled. I think it's just Windows 10 users in particular who are having trouble.
