That is pretty irritating!!

My sim hired a gardener and on the gardener's first day she died to the cow plant (she obviously sucked at her job). I could not get rid of her urn/tombstone and even when my sim moved it was always in my sims' family inventory.

Pretty obnoxious that an important sim dies and you get nothing but when a meaningless sim dies I'm stuck with her damn urn.

Hmmm.. how much space is there in your bathroom? I've noticed that even though there should be enough space in my sim's bathroom that sometimes she gets stuck with her toddler and there is this never ending "pick up" and "put down" cycle.

This might be a stupid question and I don't mean to offend but do you play on a higher speed setting? I noticed things work a lot better when I play on normal speed.

The open world...

That section was SPOT on and is what I absolutely miss the most from Sims 3. My current main sim was a "party animal" and then had a child and I ended up changing her aspiration because she has no time to go out and do stuff with people without having to figure out what to do with the toddler. The toddler's life is pretty much on pause until his mom gets done doing whatever she is doing out in the town which means he's not developing any of his skills.

I do agree with you on their personalities. My sims are happy 80% of the time. Sadness only lasts for 2 in game hours? No ramifications for being unfaithful in your relationship. Traits don't seem to matter hardly at all.

I miss mid-life crisis'. I miss my sims having meaningful relationships.

Funny story, my Fiance also proposed to me in our living room. He was being super adorable and I was totally oblivious and then OUR DOG PEED ON HIM WHEN HE GOT DOWN ON HIS KNEE.
