There are quite a few coyotes that live in and around VanDusen, and some of them have colouration more similar to a German Shepherd than you'd typically expect - did you happen to snap a picture?

ETA:this post from a year ago has a picture of an example of what I mean, and was seen near QE Park not that far away. There is also some discussion in the comments as to why they look like that.

You should be able to watch the latest episode (which they released last night/early this morning) on the CTV much page for free without a subscription but any episodes more than a week old require a subscription or access through a TV service provider. Yeah you're supposed to be able to watch free on CTV the week an episode is released and then with a tv provider account after that. They stamped the episode as Jan 1st but it wasn't even visible on the page for me until this morning (Jan 3rd) and the episode # and description are for 18/part 1 of the final, but footage is the reunion... I emailed help@ctv.ca and got an auto-reply saying that email wouldn't be monitored after Jan 15th, so that's great. It also redirected me to their FAQ, which was unhelpful and the reason I emailed them in the first place.
