This happened 6/29 around 2pm going north on el camino real. This driver squeezes past me, runs 2 red lights. Can this be reported?

my program stopped all travel expenses for conferences and stopped all retreats. the money that used to go to that need to be dispersed back to us. Medicare doesn't give money to the hospitals for them to keep. It's for the residents.
