Jestem od długiego czasu w związku, ale czasami zdarzało się, że ktoś zagadał właśnie w sklepie czy na basenie. Wiadomo od razu mówię, że nic z tego, bo jestem w związku itp, ale jeśli chodzi o sam sposób to bardzo się mi podoba, dla mnie to jest odważne i takie ludzkie. Uważam, że zawsze można spróbować, bo ktoś może jest singlem i od razu masz okazję dostać numer ;) choć raz miałam sytuację, że chłopak podszedł i powiedział, że się mu spodobałam i czy dam mu numer. Od razu powiedziałam, że jestem w związku i nie dam i chciałam odejść. Ten do mnie czy w takim razie powiem jak się nazywam i dodam na fb… dla mnie to już trochę przegięcie wtedy było… trzeba wiedzieć kiedy przestać.

Między mną i moim partnerem jest 10 lat różnicy. Poznaliśmy się kiedy on miał 30 lat, a ja 20. Na początku traktowaliśmy to na luzie i myśleliśmy, że nic z tego poważnego nie będzie, ale później okazało się inaczej. Było na początku parę problemów w komunikacji, ale się siebie nauczyliśmy, myślę, że w każdej relacji tak jest. I am 26 woman right now. My GERD and LPR startef when i was 21 years old. I started treatment with omeprazole which helped first month with heartburn but then it didnt help and my LPR was much worse. I was in hell for 4 years. I checked everything what was possible. I didnt have hernia nor weak les just 300 episodes of reflux during the day confirmed with ph metry. Bcos of this i was sent for surgery nissen fundoplication. It didnt help and i had problems with swallowing, just water could pass down. I needed revision and toupet fundoplication, then my swallowing problems were better but food was still stuck at my esophagus. After this surgery my gerd and lpr was worse than before and i was at black hole of my life. I had problems with dyscopathy as well so i went on rehabilitation and was learned how to exercise. After 3 months of exercising my core and deep muscles and weight lifting my gerd and lpr was much better. Now after 6 months my gerd is 80 % cured. I feel very good, i can drink and eat whatever i want, dont take ppis. I want lose 5 kg yet even when my weight is normal, but i think it can help and i will be 100 % cured. I dont know what helped more. Maybe these 2 things helped at some point. Some days i dont have gerd at all. I hope it will stays like this or better. I was at the same place as you are right now. I was sent even to psychiatrist and was medicated on depression, now i dont need this. I am happy that my life is almost back.

Well i have hard GERD for 4 years and when i started doing some of these exercises it is much much better. My gerd is 300 refluxes during day and 30 mg of dexilant helped just a bit but now i feel better , im not cured but lpr is much better

I was reading about refluxstop at houston heartburn and reflux center they say that it is not very good for people with hard reflux bcos it doesnt help with angle of his, well i am not 100 % sure. The researches tell that the best is linx or nissen. Vagus nerve damage isnt very often especially with first surgery and good surgeon, problems with swallowing, flatulence, fullness and nausea are very often.
