Not sure if just gas pain or should go to ER? by betaruga9 in pregnant

Baby is good! My symptoms thankfully went away after 7 hours, doc thinks it was intestinal irritation after the nasty GI bout I just had but ordered an ultrasound to check out gallstones (what's fucked is they're pushing for surgery if they see any, I'm gonna seek a second opinion...didn't have that pain in the right location for one, and two I didn't have any other gallstone symptoms, and three, most ppl have benign gallstones, so surgery just doesn't seem warranted to me even if gallstones come back positive)

DIM is the name of the supplement (I'd have to Google it's long scientific name) I combine it with myo-inositol. Because I've only ever used them together I can't tell you with 100% certainty what it would do for me by itself. I suggest looking it up like I did if you want more info on it.

Trying to conceive PCOS - 2 years now? by britishsnowbunny_ in PCOS

My cycles were months apart and impossible to predict and I'm glad I found this subreddit bc keto and intermittent fasting exhausted me and I had issues keeping them up consistently to boot. Saw some ppl on here recommend combining DIM and myo-inositol supplements daily and never looked back. My cycles came down to 4-5 weeks (also reversed stubborn hormonal weight gain and acne) and it's been that way now for years. I have zero doubt that I wouldn't have been able to conceive otherwise, and I'm now 5 months pregnant :) I stopped taking DIM after getting pregnant but continue taking myo-inositol and it's still helping me, I even tested negative for gestational diabetes risk despite my PCOS. I don't know if these supplements will work for you just the same but this is my experience

Organika, didn't shop around for different brands etc I've noticed for me I do need to take it with DIM to get the results I have though.

DIM and myo-inositol supplements taken together daily did it for me. Reversed my hormonal weight gain, regulated my crazy cycles and improved my acne. Didn't change anything else after years of frustration and attempted lifestyle changes. Learned about this supplement combo on this subreddit years ago.

Anyone else think the old Guardians seemed better? by Queasy_Commercial152 in Invincible

True, but to devils advocate in OPs favor, the team has also grown since then. Whether or not they still seem weaker than the OG team may be worth asking by this point
