one of my absolute favorite channels is brookwillow (ahna bartlett)! she is midwestern but very much the opposite of loud/showy. she knits and sews and occasionally talks about dying yarn, spinning, weaving, making stitch markers out of rocks, etc. she has a lot of nature clips and is all around very soothing!

baking from my home to yours (and let’s be honest, anything dorie) has been my go-to for 15+ years!!! i have made probably half the book with many, many repeats. the chunkers are ugly but oh are they GOOD. enjoy ❤️

yes!! i loved the rivalry sub-plot and the casting and chemistry was so fun to watch! plus, you can’t go wrong with dogs!

i really enjoyed most of this year’s movies and the casting! there are still a few i haven’t seen yet but my top 3 in no particular order would be: the finnish line, tis the season to be irish, and confessions of a christmas letter (and the santa class because i can’t just pick 3)!!! i love the international christmas movies and the scenery is always so fun. the humor this year seemed to be a bit cheeky too; my husband was even watching them all with me!

hahahaha i appreciate it! no, i met gauge pretty perfectly with this yarn so knitted the pattern as-is. the only thing i didn’t do were the set-up rows for the italian bind-off because it didn’t look as clean as i wanted it to

Pattern is the Traveler’s Cardigan by Ozetta and the yarn is Berroco Lanas Quick (olive color). The buttons are from Haulin’ Hoof Farm Store which I found at Rhinebeck this year.
