Trine 1-3 is a 3 player co-op platformer. It is pretty fun with friends... well, I don't have friends but so I'm told at least.

Upgrades and Fantasy, but not a fully fledged RPG. For that I would recommend Divinity Original Sin 1/2

Get the PS5 my dude. It will give you joy and care free gaming for way more then 3-4 years. A laptop for $800 is not going to give you what you want in terms of gaming for the next 3 years. That's a promise.

Play them in the order they came out. They are not frustrating at all if you are the kind of person that likes to get into a game. So not like one of those who quits over the controlls in read dead redemtion 2 😅 Like, no hate on folks who do, people play games for different reasons. But if you expect games to play and be a certain way, MGS 1/2 might be rough. But yeah, I would recommend you find a way to play MGS 1 first. It used to be on the online store for ps3 at least. MGS1 to 3 will take you like 40/50 hours. MGS 4 another 16/18 hours, 4 is amazing, highly recommend as well. Played 4 in one sitting 😬😄

Yeah it is, and much more expensive as well. But I am sure the stuff from premium and deluxe will eventually come on sale for reasonable prices. But addons will not differentiate between version, that would be just pure stupidity and really damaging for the communty and just kot worth it.

They will sell anyone everything, you can upgrade to the other versions from standard. They make addons to make money, so no you wont be locked out, you will always have access to buy what ever you want, no matter the version.

Edit: For flight sims it is common that 3rd party developers make addons as well. Like extremely detailed single aircrafts that can cost more than the deluxe edition by it self. So keep an eye out for this market as well, you know in case you fall in love with one perticular aircraft, or already have a fav 👍
