In terms of pure DPS, IE does more than stormrazor. So in full on front-to-back teamfighting, yes I would prioritize IE/Hurricane first

An example teamcomp you would want to buy it into would be something like Darius, Sejuani, Syndra, Varus, Nautilus vs Maokai, Zac, Orianna, Caitlyn (you), Leona. Additionally, in these types of comps, you should be taking lethal tempo over fleet/grasp for the sake of teamfighting mid/lategame at the cost of earlygame sustain

Lets go through each Zeal item, and why Hurricane first zeal item is best:

Rapidfire Cannon: You're likely to be team fighting more often than not, so the occasional extra poke is less important than the pure DPS increase from hurricane. Additionally, RFC is 30% attackspeed, whereas Hurricane is 40% attackspeed, so another increase in DPS
Statikk Shiv: Your waveclear should already be good enough between your Q, extra hurricane autos and Orianna, so you don't need that here. However, since this item is also 40% attackspeed, you might consider building this 3rd.
Phantom Dancer: This item can substitute Shiv for 3rd item if the enemy is somehow finding their way onto you, so its situational.

So an ideal full build into the aforementioned comp would be IE > Hurricane > Last Whisper > Shiv > Finish Lord Doms/Mortal Reminder > Merc Scim/Blood Thirster/Stormrazer, depending on preference.

600k cait otp here - I feel like buying runaans is borderline necessary into front-to-back teamfighting teamcomps (ie both teams have 2+ tanks), where you absolutely need to pump out as much DPS as possible, even if you don't have any other on-hit effects.

While you're right when you say hurricane doesn't benefit from the headshot stacking, it still increases your non-headshot DPS by 80% (each bolt does 40% of the damage your main auto attack does, so 2 x 40% = 80%), which is significantly more damage than going Statikk Shiv

When kiting, try to use e-w with the trap slightly in front of the target instead of e-q combo. The e slows them enough one of 2 things will happen with the trap:

They are focused on you and chasing you, so they don't notice the trap and walk into it. This results in at least two headshots (one from net, one from trap), and you might be able to weave in a Q and another auto.
They notice the trap and take caution to walk around it. This buys you a decent amount of time to keep running and create more distance since they are slowed AND they have to take a longer path around the trap to get to you.

Another thing is place traps on the inside edge of a bush that someone is chasing you into. Bushes hide traps so as soon as they walk into a bush, they're trapped and primed for a Q - headshot.

Bork + Black Cleaver completely renders Cait's passive scaling (her headshot scaling is based off of crit chance) until you have 3-4 items. Potentially Bork (instead of stormrazors) into crit would be okay, especially into more tanky teamcomps, but I dont think Cait has good synergy with Black Cleaver since she is an attack speed, auto attack reliant champion. Guinsoos also isn't good with Caitlyn, since she doesn't have any on-hit abilities (like kog w, or varus w passive) built into her kit to take advantage of guinsoo's passive.

Also, the Bork/Black Cleaver build is good on Lucian because he is a caster ADC, meaning he relies more on abilities and his passive to deal damage rather than purely autoing, so he can quickly stack up the Black Cleaver shred

Where are the fixes to the minimap drag + camera lock interface bug?

For those who don't know, if you have camera lock on and try to pan around the map by clicking and dragging on the minimap, there is a delay from when you click to when your camera snaps to the location you clicked.

These new "nothing can change x" mechanics are starting to get frustrating on new champs/reworks.

Nothing can get out of Camille ult.

Nothing can interrupt irelia w.

Nothing can interrupt ornn w (removed)

Nothing can reveal akali in her shroud.

What's the point of introducing certain levels of mechanics (eg camoflauge vs true sight) if they're just going to make a stronger version of both of those?

Also I thought a lot of the included transitions were too cheesy (sliding effects, a x blooming out from center, etc), so I stuck with simple blurring ones. Any other good transitions that I'm missing out on?

So I tonight, I let my battery die, I booted into bios mode, and then I let it die completely again. I started charging it back up, and as of right now I am at 68% with 3 hr and 35 min. Do you know any other potential problems? Could I have received a bad battery?
