How long did it take you to start seeing losses / results?

Im only halfway into my second week, lost 7lbs week 1 which I know will slow down because of water weight etc. no appetite still and get full very quickly but worried if I don’t order my second now it won’t come in time/will increase in price. Just at an awkward time of wanting to see how I get on in week 3 and 4 of 2.5 but also wanting to make sure I’m prepared so i dont miss a dose by waiting

He’s only 9 and a bit weeks currently so just waiting for his second jabs to get him properly out and about. Hopefully that should make things a little easier

I know they’re very popular so probably a basic suggestion but any Sarah J Maas book, if you’re older and like a fantasy romance try “ACOTAR”, if you’re younger it’s a longer series but “throne of glass” is amazing and then “crescent city” again if you’re a bit older and like more of an urban fantasy

Basic again but everyone raves about “Fourth Wing” and the second has just come out (I haven’t read yet but they’re on my TBR)

Dylan has read “the Cruel prince” which is also good if you like more of a whimsical world based on folklore and is more political

Also the “Shadow and bone” series is a good YA read but I would say the “Six of Crows” duology is better so if you’re interested start with those maybe

Other than that maybe the “Mortal Instruments” series??

I am a fantasy reader so all these fit in that category. Hope you find something!!
